Our
founder, Rita Witherly
is a Gazelles
certified Executive
Business Advisor, Coach and consultant.
As international speaker, she has spoken to
thousands of business owners on achieving and
sustaining business growth.
She partners with business owners helping them
increase profits and decrease costs as they grow
their company, yes even in these economic times!
Rita
holds an MBA; BS in Organizational Behavior; she is
a Master Trainer & Facilitator, Lean Six Sigma
Master Black Belt, Metrics Master and is TopGrading
Certified by Brad Smart. Rita is also a co-author
"Environmental Awareness". She supports her local
community as an adjunct professor at NJIT, Bergen College
and by being on a number of non-profit boards. She
is currently the chair of the NJ Organization
Development Network supporting N.J. non-profit organizations.
